Why does my digital key no longer work?
If you have a new phone, you'll need to set up your Salto KeyChain app again. This is because the digital key is linked to your old device.
How do I restore my access?

Install the Salto KeyChain app on your new phone
- Download the app from the App Store or Google Play Store.

Log in to your account
- Use your existing login credentials.

Test your access
- Try your digital key at the front door or a booked room. Make sure the room is booked by you or someone from your team.
