Change Memberships

You can easily change or convert your membership yourself. As a Workspace Officer, you can also change a colleague's membership.

Change your own membership:

1. Log in to your account via members.mrgreenoffices.nl;
2. Click on your name in the top right and select 'Plans and Benefits';
3. Select 'Change this membership' for the membership you want to modify;
4. Select the desired membership;
5. Select 'Join';
6. The membership will be changed on the first day of the next month.

Change a colleague's membership:

As a Workspace Officer, you can change the memberships of your colleagues.

Log in via members.mrgreenoffices.nl and follow these steps:

1. In your account, go to Dashboard and choose 'Team';
2. Select 'Manage team';
3. Select 'Access' for the colleague whose membership needs to be changed;
4. Click on the account name in the top right and select 'Plans and Benefits';
5. Select 'Yes' on the question if you want to sign in on the account of your colleague;
6. Select 'Change this membership' for the membership you want to modify;
7. Select the desired membership;
8. Select 'Join';
9. The membership will be changed on the first day of the next month.

Please note! It is only possible for a changed membership to take effect on the first day of the next month.
