Cancel Memberships

As a Workspace Officer (Team Admin), you can easily cancel a membership via the Mr.Green portal.

Go to: members.mrgreenoffices.nl and log in with 'Sign in with NetOS'.

1. In your account, go to Dashboard and choose 'Team';
2. Select 'Manage team';
3. Select 'Manage members';
4. Select 'Manage' for the member whose membership needs to be canceled;
5. Select the membership to be canceled;
6. Select the cancellation date;
7. Add a reason or comment;
8. Click on 'End membership'.
