Receiving visitors works a little differently at our Amsterdam and Rotterdam locations. Read more below!
Receiving Your Visitors
- Go through the turnstile/security gate to pick up your visitor in the reception area.
- Inform your visitor that they can use the PIN code (shown above the QR code) from the invitation email to pass through the turnstile/security gate by using the numerical keypad on the door/gate.
- The PIN code is valid starting 15 minutes before your visitor's expected arrival time.
Please note: The disabled access door next to the turnstile (AMS) or security gate (ROT) should only be used to grant access to disabled individuals or suppliers whose cargo cannot fit through the turnstile door. Never use the disabled access door to enter yourself or to let visitors in!
Receive your guests through the main entrance. Using other access doors will result in extra day passes.
