Sarcopenia is essentially a more fancy term for something we all know: the loss of muscle mass and strength as we age.

From the age of 25, you lose an average of 2% muscle mass!

Reduced mobility and strength are consequences of sarcopenia, less flexibility, less power!

  • Muscle strength slowly melts away as the years tick by;
  • But hey! With some cardio and strength training, you can stay in the game and even rebuild muscle mass! Work that body!
