At Mr. Green, we distinguish between four types of workspaces:

Open Space Workstation
Spending a day alone at the office or craving the buzz of the Open Space? Book your individual workstation in the Mr. Green app or Portal under 'Open Space Desk'.
An Open Space Workstation can be booked from 30 minutes!
Private Office
More colleagues in the office, or a day of full focus in a private office? Then book a private office. When you book a private office, you and everyone on your team will get access to that space via the 'unlock door' button in the Mr. Green app.
Your name will be displayed at the entrance and your company logo and image(s) on the screens.
Private offices range from 2 to 14 workspaces.
You can book a private office from 1 hour or longer.
Private Office Workstation
Perhaps you've noticed an extra tile occasionally appearing during booking; the Private Office Workstation. This allows you to book your personal workstation within a booked private office. This way, you're absolutely sure that it's not a "first come, first served" situation.
You can only book a Private Office Workstation when the corresponding Private Office has also been booked by your team.
Meeting Room
Meet like a pro! You can book a Meeting Room for a quick 15-minute phone call, an hour-long job interview, or a full-day strategy session.
Change of plans? You can cancel or modify until the booking has started.
Making clever plans with external guests?
As a Mr. Green member, you get a 50% discount on these cool spaces, which means you'll be hosting the meeting.
Inviting and receiving visitors, or adding lunch to a reservation, can be done via the Mr. Green App or the Mr. Green Portal.
