Meeting canceled last-minute by your appointment, or would you rather work from home for the day and no longer need the workspace? Mr.Green has one rule: only pay for what you use. It's completely understandable that you might make a reservation you'd like to change or cancel.
Please note! If your booking has already started, it is unfortunately no longer possible to change or cancel it. For changes, please contact Mr.Green Support: support@mrgreenoffices.nl.
You can easily cancel or change your reservation in the Mr.Green app or on the dashboard. Follow these steps:
Mr.Green app
- Open the app and click on the three dots (•••) in the bottom right of the screen;
- Go to 'My Activity';
- Click on 'My Bookings';
- Select the booking you wish to change or cancel;
- Change or cancel the booking as desired!
Mr.Green Dashboard
- Go to your Mr.Green Dashboard and log in by selecting 'Sign in with Net OS';
- Click on Settings > Account > Bookings;
- Select the booking you wish to change or cancel;
- Change or cancel the booking as desired!
If your booking includes additional products, such as a lunch or dinner deal, it's possible to cancel the booking free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. Within 24 hours before the booking's start time, Mr.Green is obliged to charge 100% of the booking costs.
