How does the presentation screen work?

Mr.Green's offices and meeting rooms are equipped with Clevertouch smart boards, allowing you to present like a pro.

How to present:

Want to connect your laptop to the screen and display a spreadsheet or presentation? Each meeting room has a dongle with a USB-C connection. This allows you to quickly and easily connect your laptop to the presentation screen and present like a pro.

Connecting the dongle is easy:

1. Insert the dongle into your laptop's USB-C port;
2. Wait until the dongle stops flashing;
3. Click on the dongle, and your screen will be shared!;
4. Finished presenting or want to answer a personal email during a break? When you click the dongle again, you'll stop sharing your screen.

Make notes or digitally mind map with the whiteboard

You can make notes and mind maps directly on the screen, and then easily send them to yourself. How?

1. Click on the pencil icon;
2. In the menu, click on the icon with a board and pencil;
3. Write or draw with your finger or a digital pencil;
4. You can zoom in and out of the screen just like your phone, using your thumb and index finger;
5. Finished writing and drawing? Click on the three blocks in the bottom left to create a QR code;
6. Scan the QR code with your phone, and the file will be saved.
