How do I share my Windows screen with a presentation screen?

Easily share your screen from your Windows laptop to one of the Mr.Green presentation screens.

OPTION 1

1. Connect your device to the Mr.Green Members or Mr.Green Guest network.
2. Download and install the CleverShare software https://downloads.lynxcloud.app/CleverShare/Clevershare_Win_5.2.0.3096-signed.exe
3. Enter the connection code of the screen you want to connect to.
4. Now choose **Screen Share** and press **Start**.
5. You now have 2 options:
   • Desktop sharing
     • Desktop
     • Extend Screen - extra screen
   • Window sharing
     • Share a specific window or program.
6. Now confirm the connection on the screen.

OPTION 2

1. Open Google Chrome Browser.
2. Click on 'Customize and control Google Chrome' (three dots) in the top right corner -> Cast...
3. Click on 'Sources'.
4. Click on 'Cast desktop'.
5. Then choose the screen of the room.
6. Now confirm the connection on the screen.
