Adding a New Member to the Toogethr Admin Portal

As a team administrator, you create a membership for a new employee of your company in the Mr.Green App | web version. This automatically generates a Mr.Green account for this new member;

With the Mr.Green account, the member can, among other things, log in to the Toogethr reservation portal. Read the FAQ for the reservation portal here;

Log in to https://toogethrparking.app/ to then add the new member to the Toogethr admin portal;

Click the ‘Add Parker’ button;

Enter the first name, last name, and email address;

Turn on the slider ‘Allow multiple cars for this parker’ so the member can add visitor license plates;

Add a parking subscription and at least the correct start date;

Add license plate(s) via the ‘Add license plate’ button;

Click ‘Save’ and the user account is created.
Removing an Existing Member from the Toogethr Admin Portal

Log in to https://toogethrparking.app/ to remove the existing member from the Toogethr admin portal;

Click the ‘Show all Parkers’ button;

Click the three dots next to the relevant member's profile;

Select ‘Delete Account’.
Allowing Visitors to Park on Your Company's Account

Log in to https://toogethrparking.app/ to register a visitor via the Toogethr admin portal;

Click the ‘Create Booking’ button;

Fill in the location, date, and time;

Fill in your visitor's personal details and license plate, and any additional information;

The visitor will receive a booking confirmation email (if the email address is entered);

Your guest can now drive in and out. The barrier will open automatically.
