You wouldn't do that at home, would you?! Mr. Green isn't difficult, but he does want to agree on a few things with you. This way, we all know where we stand. The do's & don'ts when you're working or meeting at Mr. Green.
GENERAL
- All common social norms and values also apply at Mr. Green’s office and meeting locations.
- Something not quite right? You can report complaints to the Boss or to info@mrgreenoffices.nl.
- If you find something that isn't yours, hand it over to a Mr. Green employee immediately.
- Mr. Green's locations and spaces are equipped with cameras, but the footage will only be used when there is a reason to do so, for example, in the interest of safety. So, no need to worry about him seeing you pick your nose...
PLEASE DO
- Foster a good vibe.
- Embrace a clean desk! Leave your workspace clean and tidy.
- Store your personal items in the designated lockers. Mr. Green is not liable for loss or theft of your personal items. Please do always report it to one of our employees, though.
- Clean up after yourself when using shared spaces.
- Label your food items with your name and the date if there's a shared fridge on location.
- Admire and protect Mr. Green’s belongings. It is forbidden to take Mr. Green’s items outside the building.
- Leave the carefully chosen interior standing or hanging as it is.
- If you come across something that is broken or not working (properly), report it immediately via Mr. Green's helpdesk.
- Adhere to the instructions given by Mr. Green’s employees.
- Pay for drinks and snacks via the webshop or QR code, even when no staff is present.
- Check carefully that the workspace or meeting room you book is suitable for your plans. A six-person meeting room simply won't fit a whole soccer team...
- Respect and learn from other nationalities and beliefs.
- Give compliments more often than criticism.
- Enjoy a drink during organized events or after work and know your limits ;-).
- Be considerate of others: talk, sing, or make calls at a moderate volume.
& DON'T…
- Leave your dirty dishes...
- Do, use, or trade drugs in and around Mr. Green's locations.
- Smoke in the office.
- Be violent, intimidating, or threatening. It is (naturally) strictly forbidden to possess or carry weapons in Mr. Green's Boutique Offices.
- Talk negatively. Critical, personal, or heavy conversations are best held in one of the enclosed spaces.
- Use Mr. Green's internet network for illegal purposes; downloading or visiting illegal or offensive content.
PRIVACY
- By registering as a Member of Mr. Green, you become part of the Mr. Green Community. Your name, email address, and company name (team) are necessary to use all of Mr. Green's services. You can send messages to other members, read articles, see what events are scheduled, and make bookings.
- Keep your Mr. Green login details and password to yourself so others can't misuse them.
- Respect the privacy of others. This means don't just take photos of others and do not share or post photos or personal data of others.
SAFETY
- In case of a fire alarm, evacuate the building immediately.
- If you personally discover a fire, remain calm, alert Mr. Green's staff, and hit the nearest fire alarm as quickly as possible. Then, evacuate the building immediately.
- If you work in a Boutique Office with an elevator, never use the elevator in case of a fire alarm.
- Leave the building via the main exit or the nearest emergency exit. The emergency exits are clearly marked.
- In case of an accident, immediately call 112 and notify a Mr. Green employee. There is always a first-aid responder (BHV) present at Mr. Green. The BHV is trained to assess situations and can quickly initiate professional emergency care.
SANCTIONS / ZERO TOLERANCE
- Depending on the nature and severity of the complaint or violation, we will generally engage in a conversation with you.
- In the event of a violation, Mr. Green may impose a sanction such as a warning, suspension, or a ban from Mr. Green's Boutique Offices, without affecting your obligation to continue paying the Membership fees as agreed.
- Some things are truly unacceptable—think theft or aggression, for example. For such serious violations, Mr. Green employs a zero-tolerance policy. A Member found guilty of such behavior will be immediately denied access to the Boutique Offices without affecting the obligation to continue paying the Membership fees as agreed.
- Mr. Green reserves the right to refuse Members at all times.
FINALLY
- Let's all keep it fun so everyone can work like a boss and with great pleasure in Mr. Green's Boutique Offices.
- Mr. Green is authorized to unilaterally adjust the house rules if necessary.
- In cases not covered by these house rules, Mr. Green will decide.
